Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Ontario Airport

The staff is amazing. Every one of them. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They all have been super helpful. The room is what you expect. Beds, kitchen, tv, microwave, etc. Nothing to exciting. The staff is worth the high prices. I wish I would have found this place when I first arrived a month ago.

The place is in a great location & a good value.

The staff was really quick/helpful with everything, or was it just me but it was excellent for one stay!

Hands down I had an amazing time dealing with your staff all different but very courteous hands down better than the Marriott in riverside which I just booked last week and for the price and brand you’d think I’d have a functioning toilet or at least tell me they booked me another room and not bang my door down at I believe 8 am when I wasn’t due for check mind you the toilet since couple of after checkin never got fixed the maintenance that knocked the door down lol literally had me hold the door in my boxers and undershirt after waking me up and due to having to look for a restroom in an area that I was not familiar with they tell me that either way check out is at 12 and they’re booked for the whole weekend😵😴🤔😤🤯😠so after a 500 something bill I checked out and spent all day until the evening in my car looking for other properties due to Fourth of July I couldn’t find a room I came to the element in Ontario by the Toyota arena and was upgraded to a studio And spent close to 1000 dollars for my stay I was shocked at the poor customer service until the night before my checkout I liked the facility but staff was not very nice and they did not provide cleaning services but did not fail to tell me that is was a non smoking room the night before I went downstairs to smoke but did not feel like walking to my car to leave my things took them upstairs and left them at sight so I find that rude to comment on my personal belongings but you don’t service my room. I was not given a choice to continue my stay even though the young lady at the desk said I could and another gentleman over heard and signaled that no it was not available any longer I was shocked offended and very angry to have wasted my money like that . Extendedstay may not be a place I’m familiar but never have I had a comfortable and relaxing experience in a friendly, quiet, clean , and overall a steal when it comes to price and amenities it’s hands down the place that deserves the recognition.
